The problem this product exists for is the same everywhere: the register is only correct on the day someone updates it, and nobody is told when a certificate expires. What varies is how much time that costs, and who it costs it to.
What changed
Three things do most of the work, and none of them are about reporting.
The subcontractor fills it in. You pick their trade and send a link. That choice decides which documents they are asked for. There is no account and nothing to install at their end, which is the entire reason the paperwork comes back.
The register keeps itself. Expiry dates are held against each document, and renewals are chased automatically. The list of who is good to go is current because nothing has to be remembered for it to stay current.
The evidence is already written down. Every status change, upload, permission change, rating override and bank edit carries who did it and when. When a client asks you to prove a decision, there is nothing to reconstruct.

Existing subcontractors go through the same way as new ones and join the register alongside everyone else, so there is no separate migration step to plan around.
